Order Processing

Fashion and ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3

5–10 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom-designed apparel, personalized products, and made-to-order items require additional production time. Production timelines vary by project and will be communicated during the ordering process.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Timeframes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Custom Orders

Custom orders require design approval and payment before production begins.

Most custom orders are completed within 10–14 business days after final approval and payment. Larger orders, bulk orders, and specialty items may require additional production time.

Rush services may be available for select projects and are subject to additional fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup and Delivery

Local pickup and delivery may be available for select orders. Availability will be discussed during the ordering process when applicable.

Order Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, Royal Reigns is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Royal Reigns is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.
