Refund policy

Returns

  • Our refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Please carefully review your item's size and color selections before finalizing your order to minimize returns due to incorrect choices.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Items Exempt from Returns

  1. Customized items from our design and print studio are made-to-order and not eligible for returns, except in the case of errors on our part.
  2. Sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact creators@royalreignsdesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • For damaged items, provide pictures of the affected area.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges

  • We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Contact us at creators@royalreignsdesign.com for exchange inquiries.

Exchanges/Returns are not accepted for items that are not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Should you request a refund, the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
  • We recommend tracking services or shipping insurance for items over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
